Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7-10 years of related work experience in a real estate client relationship management role
  • Strong understanding of lease transactions and critical dates
  • Capital project and construction sequencing
  • Advanced experience with Airtable or similar planning platforms preferred
  • Working knowledge of Procore and CoStar
  • Ability to interpret project schedules, plans, and financial assumptions
