About the role
- Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance with Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and internal controls to mitigate risks
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives and policies to improve vendor management practices and support financial performance
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to align service delivery expectations and enhance reliability
- Lead communication and escalation processes to resolve vendor performance and service delivery issues promptly
- Monitor vendor performance through scorecards and metrics, providing feedback and conducting evaluations to drive improvements
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
- 4-7 years - Telecommunications/Wireless Industry Vendor Performance Management
- Experience in Engineering, Finance or Carrier Management desired or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Management, team lead, or other equivalent leadership experience
