About the role

  • Supports the business group by providing operational support, including vendor engagement, purchase order management, financial compliance, and day-to-day oversight of the Retail Store Development processes and quality standards.
  • May manage the development and implementation of Retail Construction products and/or services.
  • Coordinates cross-functionally with internal and external teams to maintain and improve existing processes.
  • Develops project plans and schedules and provides budget oversight for the business group.
  • Leads kick-off meetings, requirements and spec reviews, and other program-related meetings.
  • Manages contracts, vendors, and business partners.
  • Acts as a liaison between management and vendor/partners on contract execution and vendor performance management.
  • Collaborate with Construction Project Managers on Program set up, including vendor onboarding, system training, workflow management, and financial close of projects.
  • Identifies and communicates improvement opportunities from each program and sub-program to document and enhance processes to establish best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Construction Management or related field (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area. (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience, including cross-functional leadership. (Preferred)
  • Program Management (Required)

  • Experience with Project Management and/or Work Order Management System (Required)
  • Strong written and verbal Communication (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
