About the role
- Manage new indirect partner lifecycle from on-boarding to first sale
- Ensure the partner has received proper onboarding training and sales enablement tools
- Ensure sales targets are established, agreed upon and achieved with the newly on-boarded partner
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure objectives are met
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, expanding to new use cases or net new solutions
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry (Preferred)
- Communication - Outstanding verbal and non-verbal skills, confident communicator (Required)
- Organization - Efficient organization skills, ability to prioritize and respond with sense of urgency (Required)
- Business Acumen - Demonstrates key business acumen skills including Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving (Required)
