About the role

  • Manage new indirect partner lifecycle from on-boarding to first sale
  • Ensure the partner has received proper onboarding training and sales enablement tools
  • Ensure sales targets are established, agreed upon and achieved with the newly on-boarded partner
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure objectives are met
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities, expanding to new use cases or net new solutions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience in technology (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years Technologically proficient in IoT, and/or related industry (Preferred)
  • Communication - Outstanding verbal and non-verbal skills, confident communicator (Required)
  • Organization - Efficient organization skills, ability to prioritize and respond with sense of urgency (Required)
  • Business Acumen - Demonstrates key business acumen skills including Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills, Problem Solving (Required)
