About the role

  • Build and execute monetization strategies for owned and operated media utilizing first and third-party platforms to maximize yield and/or achieve client outcomes with digital media.
  • Develops, conducts, and monitors configuration tests including ad formats and SSP integration and placements experiments to reveal optimal supply configuration to meet revenue goals.
  • Identify product gaps, technical challenges, and poor performance through data analysis and troubleshooting, provides actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in communication with external partners and cross-functional teams, documenting optimization plans and action items to support Demand and Development Partners to drive revenue efficiencies.
  • Gain and maintain overall industry knowledge, product expertise, and best practices.
  • Share knowledge formally and informally with team members and the larger T-Ads organization.
  • Responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Communications, Advertising, Marketing, STEM (Required)
  • 3-4 years of experience in Ad Operations with a thorough understanding of header bidding, SSPs, APS.
  • Experience in either a publisher or an advertising agency (Required)
  • One or more: DMP, SSP, DSPs relevant certification; Google Ad Manager certification, The Trade Desk programmatic ads certification, etc. (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
