About the role
- Lead the implementation and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with T-Mobile’s growth goals and customer-first ethos
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring their success through consistent communication, troubleshooting, and support
- Use analytics to evaluate partner and campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new partnership opportunities and innovate approaches for scaling the affiliate program
- Work closely with the Affiliate Marketing, Media, and cross-functional teams to align efforts across strategic, creative, and analytical initiatives
- Develop insights-driven reports to communicate results and recommendations to senior partners
- Identify and implement tools, technologies, or processes to enhance operational efficiency within the affiliate program
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree Marketing, Business or Related Field (Required)
- 4+ years of affiliate marketing experience or related performance marketing fields
- Results-Oriented: A track record of driving measurable business outcomes in affiliate or performance-based marketing initiatives
- Analytical Approach: Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms to evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to articulate performance insights and influence partners and team members
- Adaptability: Creative and resilient under pressure, with a commitment to high-quality execution
- Must be located in Bellevue, WA, New York, NY or Herndon, VA
- Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days a week in office
