About the role

  • Oversee a portfolio of affordable apartment communities
  • Ensure high expectations are met for client experiences
  • Manage budgets and provide financial reporting
  • Lead employee development and training initiatives

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in Property Management
  • Regional Property Manager Experience a must
  • Experience working in affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8 required
  • New construction/Rehab experience preferred
  • Employee development and training experience
  • Budgeting and financial reporting
  • Yardi Voyager Experience preferred
  • Third party management experience a plus
  • CPM/COS/TCS/HCCP certification or equivalent
