Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in Property Management
- Regional Property Manager Experience a must
- Experience working in affordable housing programs including LIHTC and Section 8 required
- New construction/Rehab experience preferred
- Employee development and training experience
- Budgeting and financial reporting
- Yardi Voyager Experience preferred
- Third party management experience a plus
- CPM/COS/TCS/HCCP certification or equivalent
