- Lead strategic projects that drive growth, efficiency, and customer impact
- Lead analysis to quantify opportunities and tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear recommendations and executive-ready presentations
- Partner with product, operations, finance, and other teams to bring strategies to life
- Support annual and long-term planning by informing company goals and priorities
Requirements
- 8 or more years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or business operations
- A deep understanding of eCommerce, marketplaces, or collectibles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Clear and persuasive communication skills
- Bias for action with a track record of getting results
- High EQ and experience with C-level presentation, advocacy, and influence
- Marketplace/TCG passion or expertise
