About the role
- Drive data conversions, data mappings and other tasks related to the technical setup of a new customer during implementation
- Run data conversions and perform data analysis and data mapping
- Conduct technical clarification meetings with customers
- Collaborate with many different stakeholders to ensure the implementation of Cicero progresses according to plan
- Continuously optimize implementation processes to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction
- Work closely with colleagues focused on customer implementations
- Travel to Aarhus for approximately 1 week onboarding and expect 10-30 days of travel per year
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree within software, Computer Science or similar
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Experience with common data formats like CSV, JSON and XML
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL (MariaDB, MySQL)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and web services
- Capable of working with Linux and PowerShell
- Experience with large scale software solutions implementation projects
- Knowledge about the library domain is a plus (bibliographic formats and cataloguing like Marc21 and RDA)
- Must be able to present a clean criminal record
- Must have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years
