• Drive data conversions, data mappings and other tasks related to the technical setup of a new customer during implementation
• Run data conversions and perform data analysis and data mapping
• Conduct technical clarification meetings with customers
• Collaborate with many different stakeholders to ensure the implementation of Cicero progresses according to plan
• Continuously optimize implementation processes to ensure efficiency and high customer satisfaction
• Work closely with colleagues focused on customer implementations
• Travel to Aarhus for approximately 1 week onboarding and expect 10-30 days of travel per year
