About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise on and execute training that combines military doctrine with SitaWare
Analyze, implement and evaluate (ADDIE) new training courses
Develop and maintain Subject Training Plans (STP) for training catalogue
Develop and execute collective training programmes including scenario creation
Support exercise planning and provide guidance on C2 workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Military experience at tactical level
Strong experience in exercise planning and training development
A relevant bachelor’s degree as a minimum
Experience with SitaWare or similar C2 tools
Collaborative working style and clear communication across teams
Comfortable developing training materials independently
