Support Engineer

• Deliver world-class support experience to enterprise customers of Coupa’s procurement and spend management platform
• Provide direct customer support, case handling and issue resolution (1st and 2nd line)
• Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions for enterprise customers
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve second-line support requests in a timely manner
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders and other business units (Integration, Operations, Customer Success)
• Be responsible for customer production environments
• Build knowledge articles for Coupa’s knowledge base
