About the role

  • Deliver successful technical integrations of Sysdig products at leading Fortune 500 companies as part of Pre and Post Sales teams including Professional Services, Sales, Support, and Customer Success
  • Manage and operate a Kubernetes group, hosting a Sysdig backend
  • Promote Sysdig technology amongst the worldwide open source and DevOps community
  • Work off/on-site with strategic customers to provide solutions architecture consulting, technical guidance, knowledge transfer and establish trusted advisor status
  • Train and support other team members and indirect channel partners

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Professional Services / DevOps Engineer in a similar or related field (container management, cloud management, systems management, PaaS)
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructures as Amazon AWS, Google Cloud and container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift
  • Proficient in using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform and AWS CloudFormation to automate the setup and maintenance of cloud environments.
  • Travel up to 10% (national and international)
  • Previous startup experience
  • Work and manage multiple deployments simultaneously
