About the role

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (pipelines, CI/CD, repository management)
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on OpenShift
Implement and operate service mesh (Istio) for traffic management, observability, and security
Write automation and tooling using scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.)
Support microservices architecture deployment, monitoring, and reliability practices
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines following DevSecOps practices
Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers
Operate and optimize cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or other providers)
Collaborate with engineering teams to modernize operations and deliver technology solutions

5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles
Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (pipelines, CI/CD, repository management)
Experience deploying and managing containerized applications on OpenShift
Knowledge of service mesh technologies, especially Istio (traffic management, observability, security)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar)
Proven experience with microservices architecture (design, deployment, monitoring)
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices (integrating security into CI/CD pipelines)
Solid background in Linux and Windows administration (server setup, configuration, troubleshooting)
Strong understanding of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or other major providers)
