About the role

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Recruiting
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruitment processes
  • Act as the escalation point for recruitment system issues
  • Lead UAT and manage change control for enhancements
  • Plan, test, and deploy system updates and new features
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and configurations
  • Design and implement automated workflows
  • Manage a clear backlog of system requirements and enhancements
  • Develop and execute end-to-end test scripts
  • Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HRIS partners

Requirements

  • Expertise in the Workday Recruiting module
  • Proven track record in configuring, optimising and troubleshooting complex Recruiting processes
  • Experience in supporting large-scale, multi-country deployments
  • Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration documentation and impact analysis
  • Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple configuration initiatives and enhancement projects
  • Analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing scalable solutions
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
