About the role
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Recruiting
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to streamline recruitment processes
- Act as the escalation point for recruitment system issues
- Lead UAT and manage change control for enhancements
- Plan, test, and deploy system updates and new features
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and configurations
- Design and implement automated workflows
- Manage a clear backlog of system requirements and enhancements
- Develop and execute end-to-end test scripts
- Collaborate with HR Shared Services and HRIS partners
Requirements
- Expertise in the Workday Recruiting module
- Proven track record in configuring, optimising and troubleshooting complex Recruiting processes
- Experience in supporting large-scale, multi-country deployments
- Strong capability in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration documentation and impact analysis
- Experience creating and maintaining Workday reports, dashboards and analytics
- Ability to manage multiple configuration initiatives and enhancement projects
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and proposing scalable solutions
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders
