About the role
- Strengthens customer relationships and enhances the customer experience by providing dedicated support and issue resolution
- Collaborates closely with Customer Support Teams (CST), National Sales, and Local Sales
- Builds and maintains relationships with new and existing accounts, focusing on resolving "last mile" issues
- Ensures timely and accurate product delivery
- Liaises with the local contract sales organization to implement best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in customer service management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
