• Global management of the ‘Indirect Spend’ category cluster and support for category managers in defining and implementing international product group strategies, taking local requirements into account
• Disciplinary management and further development of several category managers and technical management of international sourcing managers
• Responsibility for strategic and tactical procurement processes, target achievement and increasing the managed purchasing volume
• Definition and monitoring of qualitative and quantitative targets per product group and development of measures in the event of target deviations
• Close cooperation with the Head of Group Procurement in the development and implementation of the global purchasing strategy
• Analysis and risk assessment within the categories in cooperation with the Category Managers and implementation of appropriate measures to minimise risk

• Support end-to-end delivery processes: participate in release cycles, demos, and feedback loops to continuously improve AI features and user experience.
