About the role
- Conducts a competitive UX analysis at the start of a new project
- Conducts Customer analysis, user research, design research
- Develops product structure and strategy
- Provides wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Uses wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas
- Coordination and alignment with the development team to make sure that suggested designs apply to the development
- Troubleshoots any UX problems
- Provides graphic development, interactivity, and animation if needed, adaptation to all device screen sizes
- Collects feedback on each stage of development
- Provides suggestions on design improvements by the best worldwide practices
- Keeps following the progress of the implementation milestones to make sure that deadlines will be met
- Maintains cordial relationships within the team
- Interacts with the Customer (both internal and external) to transform his vision into a high-quality design with a perfect user experience solution
- Incorporates customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience
Requirements
- A well-organized and comprehensive design portfolio showcasing a range of projects that highlight design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and finished designs.
- Advanced English level
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar design software.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and user interface design best practices.
- Experience in conducting user research, user testing, and usability assessments to present design decisions.
- Ability to create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions
- Ability to design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of design systems and the ability to maintain consistency in design elements.
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts and justify design decisions.
- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail in design work to ensure pixel-perfect and error-free deliverables.
- A commitment to staying updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
