About the role
- Execute Product Design for R&D projects: hands-on product design work ensuring solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Support rapid design iteration: work quickly to deliver design solutions for new R&D projects with agility and high-quality output.
- Propose and implement design solutions: freedom to propose and implement design ideas within the scope of R&D projects.
- Collaborate with the R&D team: work closely with other R&D team members to develop solutions addressing user pain points or growth opportunities.
- Handle various related design tasks: take on product design plus related tasks including marketing, branding, and other minor design needs as required.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product design, including user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design for digital products.
- Strong visual design skills; expertise in creating high-quality visual designs.
- User-centered design focus; ability to integrate user feedback into the design process.
- Experience in rapid design iteration and adapting to changing project requirements.
- Creative problem-solving; ability to propose and implement design solutions addressing user pain points.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while delivering results on time.
- Experience with branding and marketing materials.
