About the role
- Create professional and visually engaging presentations for internal initiatives, potential clients, and business events;
- Design marketing materials - banners, key visuals, and promotional assets for web, email, SMM, and PPC campaigns;
- Develop original graphic concepts and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects;
- Create aesthetic and functional web page designs aligned with usability and UX/UI principles;
- Prepare print-ready materials;
- Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in design;
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Experience working with at least one AI design tool (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.);
- Solid understanding of brand books and visual communication principles (colour, typography, composition, and design theory);
- Basic understanding of UX/UI and usability principles;
- Ability to work within and maintain a design system;
- Experience with Jira;
- Proven ability to generate creative, on-brand ideas aligned with marketing and design trends;
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity in managing tasks;
- Fluent Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
