Assume role as “Voice of the Product”, translating deep knowledge of our PayPal credit products, cardholders, and industry trends into actionable product vision
Develop strong partnerships within PayPal & Synchrony to ensure joint alignment on product strategy
Lead and execute on the product roadmap, including development of business requirements, finalizing user experience flows, and leading end-to-end testing & post-launch validation efforts
Proactively engage with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence with all external and internal compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, or in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 8 years of Product Management experience in the financial services industry
6+ years of Digital Product Management or Marketing experience
Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional project and agile teams
Ability to travel up to 30% (6-8 times a year with some overnight)
