About the role
- Define the product vision and roadmap for last-mile delivery platforms, aligning with Walmart’s omnichannel strategy.
- Build and scale intuitive, seamless experiences for both customers and drivers.
- Lead cross-functional product teams to deliver innovative solutions in delivery management, driver platforms, and last-mile logistics.
- Leverage AI/ML, optimization algorithms, and geospatial technology to enable smarter delivery decision-making.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale logistics, eCommerce, or transportation products.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, optimization, geospatial/routing, or logistics platforms.
- Deep understanding of last-mile delivery dynamics, gig-economy platforms, and omnichannel fulfillment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
