Partner with finance managers on client-related deliverables & strategic initiatives including client communications, financial projections, contractual reporting, operating reviews, invoices & payments, ad hoc requests
Lead and support development of drivers for short & long-range forecasts, operational performance functions, and quarterly special forecasts to internal and client stakeholders
Ownership of internal vs external forecast comparisons, ensuring forecasts reflect business realities and contractual obligations
Drive and maintain all contractual cost allocation details to ensure accurate and consistent financial cost tracking across departments and channels
Create and maintain complex financial models for gainshare, forecasting, marketing, accrual, RSA, planning purposes and support quarter/year-end financial processes
Create and maintain analytics supporting accuracy of financial forecasts
Lead a team of direct reports and provide oversight across multiple clients
Provide financial expertise and guidance in evaluating new products, projects, and investments for both internal and external client teams
Recommend unique improvements & standardization across platforms for complex financial processes to enhance efficiency
Coordinate and work with multiple teams (Client teams, Forecasting, Platform FP&A, Platform Support, Sales, Marketing, Credit etc.) and provide leadership managing a team
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related business field or in lieu of degree, 12 years equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
Proficient use of financial systems and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Oracle Hyperion
Master’s degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification (desired)
Experience handling external vendor or client requests
Demonstrate oral and written communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Financial services industry experience
Ability to analyze complex issues, develop appropriate action plans and deliver results timely
Ability to lead projects and assignments
Demonstrate experience analyzing business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus
Ability to create and deliver business presentations and communicate effectively
Strong analytical, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
