About the role
- Create analytics frameworks to actively monitor Verizon credit member card usage/experience trends and provide insights/actionable to business teams
- Conduct cause and effect analysis, marketing campaign performance deep dives and business initiative impact analysis on a need basis
- Collaborate with offshore analytics talent, coach them by providing analytics project plan & manage timely delivery of lifecycle analytic projects
- Partner with portfolio team and deliver complex analytical projects from beginning to end, including ideation, data mining, strategy formulation, and presentation of results and recommendations
- Present complex analytical information to all levels of management in a clear and concise manner
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, OR in lieu of degree, high school diploma and 7+ years analytics experience in marketing, portfolio management, product development, loyalty programs in credit card/consumer businesses, retail, or other consumer based analytics
- 3+ years of progressive work experience including: 2+ years analytics experience in marketing, portfolio management, product development, loyalty programs in credit card / consumer businesses, or retail analytics
- 2+ years of experience utilizing SAS, SQL, or other analytic tools to perform data mining and complex analyses
