Develop and execute analysis and reporting of credit performance in response to regulatory requests and requirements
Interpret and deliver regulatory reporting requirements and external requests, extract data from multiple data warehouses and validate data
Establish and enhance credit performance monitoring through collaboration with cross functional teams to meet internal and external reporting needs
Conduct analytical reviews and validation of regulatory reports/requests to ensure balances, variances between periods and trends are reasonable and sufficiently explained
Recognize, investigate, document and explain fluctuations and trends to management
Utilize current data visualization tools to create portfolio performance insights that can drill down into key portfolio drivers
Support process governance framework mitigating risk through process documentation, validations, simplify and automate processes using available technology or exploring new tools
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, financial reporting or financial data analysis role
OR in lieu of a degree 8 years of experience in retail, business, or private label credit analytics
2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Risk, Finance, or other Data Analytics role
2+ year experience with strong SAS, SQL, or Python programming language experience
1+ year experience with Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, or similar tool
Experience dealing with complex and large data sets from multiple sources to support analytical processes
Proficient experience with Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, or similar tool
Experience with account level database such as RDG, CDCI, CLBP2 database
Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly with credit/risk/finance
Familiarity with data lake technologies and programming languages (Hadoop, Python, Hive, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills
Project management skills

You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
