Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in AI enablement, innovation, product management, or creative technology roles
  • 2+ years strong understanding of GenAI technologies and how they apply to creative workflows
  • Demonstrated success leading AI adoption, training, pilot programs, or tool onboarding in creative or marketing environments.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working alongside creative, technical, and business teams.
  • Proven ability to drive change management and user adoption for new technologies.
  • Able to organize and deliver training programs and create enablement materials targeted at diverse user groups.
  • Experience evaluating and onboarding SaaS AI tools and managing vendor relationships.
  • Data-oriented, comfortable setting KPIs, tracking adoption metrics, and reporting insights.
