About the role
- Lead and direct a team of 6 client leaders, with oversight of 3 specific P&Ls
- Develop strategic vision and overall client growth plan
- Help lead strategy development and tactical execution of client initiatives
- Drive and execute business strategies to improve cardholder network engagement and portfolio profitability
- Partner with Functional Leadership to execute new portfolio initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with major in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or 10+ years of financial services
- Minimum 7 years’ leadership experience in financial services or within industry
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in managing GPCC, promotional finance, and private label portfolios at the senior level
- Minimum of 5 years’ negotiation experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 35% of the time
