About the role

  • Lead Portfolio Credit Manager (PCM) responsible for fraud management for PayPal and Venmo Credit portfolios
  • Develop fraud strategies for acquisition and account management
  • Monitor fraud trends and respond to fraud attacks
  • Identify gaps in fraud defenses and fortify strategies
  • Serve as liaison to commercial team and advise on portfolio initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in consumer risk management, credit management or a similar role, or in lieu of a degree, 12+ years in a consumer credit management
  • 3+ years leadership experience in enterprise portfolio management oversight with strong emphasis on credit strategy, credit policy and internal/external communications
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
