About the role
- Lead execution of CareCredit’s partnership strategy within healthcare payments ecosystem
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development to design and execute partnership campaigns
- Act as a trusted advisor to operational and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate strategic alignment across teams
- Own communications within partner organizations
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Management) OR 10 years’ relevant work experience in lieu of completed degree
- Proven success in business-to-business sales experience, influencing at C-level
- Track record of building and scaling partners/enterprise accounts
- Strong understanding of the healthcare software market and patient financing landscape
- Ability to negotiate and navigate complex partner structures and align diverse stakeholders
- Travel required, up to 30%
