About the role
- Support One Pay India and US analytics and marketing teams in the design and execution of marketing campaigns and tests for the OnePay portfolio
- Own end-to-end daily, weekly, and monthly reports, report findings and open items to leadership
- Proactively propose, initiate, execute and own strategic projects
- Regularly communicate with stakeholders on Project Understand requirements and deliver on ad hoc requests
- Facilitate meetings with US Portfolio analytics team, including making presentations as necessary
- Spearhead use of the latest tools and techniques in the industry and leverage for portfolio growth
- Responsible and committed to the last mile execution of projects
- Contribute to internal initiatives, perform other duties and/or special projects, as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building analytical solutions to drive strategy with positive outcomes
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAS/SQL/Python/Tableau experience
- Good working knowledge of statistical tests, distributions, regression
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Tableau
- Ability to work in matrix organization, make and enable data driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity/ambiguity and multiple initiatives
- Proven ability to work independently, yet as key member and contributor to a broader team
- Experience in credit card or financial services will be a plus
