• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Forms) to prepare professional-quality outputs.
• Translate technical and cybersecurity concepts into content accessible for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation libraries and version control to support ongoing IT operations.
