About the role
- Planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve high performance
- Managing several concurrent projects using agile methods
- Leading and managing medium to large complexity projects consisting of multiple Agile teams
- Playing a consultative role to optimize the efficiency of the project team
- Acting as the Scrum Master for teams requiring support
- Developing a project management approach suitable to achieve project goals
- Proactively identify and escalate project issues and risks and ensure effective progress reporting
Requirements
- 8-10 years PM experience
- Experience working on AI initiatives an asset
- PMP and experience working with Scrum/Kanban, SAFe or other Agile methodologies
- Working towards or achieved PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent is an asset
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum and traditional project management principles and practices
- Experience working as a Scrum Master
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication, mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related tools, Jira
