About the role
- Architecting SAP solutions for diverse business needs.
- Preparing and reviewing functional specifications for enhancements and coordinating object development.
- Applying WIP management processes using S/4 HANA SD, S/4 HANA PS, and S/4 HANA Finance.
- Supporting full lifecycle implementations, including analysis, design, testing, and configuration of Sales and Distribution scenarios.
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications for ABAP program development.
- Interpreting functional specifications and creating high-level technical designs for requested developments.
- Troubleshooting custom ABAP programs and advising on functional and technical specifications.
- Developing comprehensive test plans and executing complex build activities.
- Providing configuration, testing, cut-over, conversion, and post go-live support for enhancement projects.
- Delivering projects following SAFe methodology.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience delivering and managing complex SAP programmes.
- Proven experience managing teams of SAP resources both onshore and offshore.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with S/4 HANA.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- SAP S/4 certifications preferred.
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Active PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACI) or Agile certifications (CSM, SA, etc.).
