• Own end-to-end responsibility for one of our main metrics, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution;

• Own and execute end-to-end strategic workstreams, managing complex resources and timelines to ensure measurable impact on company goals.
• Directly lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and career growth.
• Use advanced data analysis to build frameworks, define performance metrics, and drive evidence-based decision-making at the leadership level.
• Partner with Product, Tech, and Commercial teams to align operational processes with broader business strategies.
• Own departmental headcount and resource planning to ensure cost-optimized growth without compromising quality.
