Vice President

• Lead the unified data organization spanning Data Engineering (ETL, pipelines, warehouse, modeling), Analytics (enterprise reporting, business intelligence, predictive modeling), data governance and standards, and AI data readiness and semantic architecture.
• Build a multiyear data architecture roadmap that aligns data modeling with enterprise consumption needs and ensures structured data is ready to power AI use cases.
• Strengthen analytics as a strategic partner to the business.
• Drive proactive insight generation, strategic framing of data for leadership, and enterprise-level thinking about how data creates competitive advantage.
• Be a hands-on technical leader who can go deep on architecture, data modeling, and pipeline design when needed, while also excelling as a team manager, mentor, and executive partner.
• Define how AI and LLM tools become part of everyday workflows.
• Work in partnership with business users to define and implement the pattern for delivering refreshable, governed datasets into AI assistant environments to enable business teams to self-serve from current data without manual uploads or file management.
• Systematically organize key operating data sources into structured pipelines that allow LLM tools to safely and reliably assist employees.
• Establish governance, consistency, and clarity across data systems, ensuring data quality, accessibility, and auditability at scale.

VP of Data

Director

• Develop strong understanding of Swoop Communities by MyHealthTeam media products and implement and execute advertising campaigns to ensure delivery and performance.
• Coordinate internal efforts between other cross-functional teams as necessary.
• Provide creative/third-party tags to the Ad Operations team, and ensure clients’ ads are trafficked, monitored, and optimized.
• Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate media program details to internal teams including Alliance Management, Partner Results, Ad Operations, and Marketing.
• Independently complete RFPs and strategic development of presentations for Sales Team members.
• Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure revenue is maximized.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly client reports for delivery and performance.
• Research competitive intelligence when necessary.

Associate Director – Partnership Success

• Serve as the performance strategist for Swoop’s most strategic healthcare clients, managing campaign analytics from data collection through insights and delivery.
• Analyze campaign reports, monitor trends, and proactively identify and address underperformance or opportunities.
• Partner with the Sales and Account Management teams to synthesize performance metrics and measurement definition, and present high-impact recommendations to clients and internal leadership.
• Lead audience-segment creation strategies, aligned with third-party measurement vendors and proposed rule changes, to improve outcomes.
• Act as a consultative partner to agencies and brand teams, providing education and guidance on best practices for targeting, optimization, and measurement.
• Juggle multiple high-priority accounts and internal initiatives with precision, timeliness, and a collaborative mindset.

Director of Analytics – Performance

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developmental and copy editors, setting clear expectations, running regular 1:1s, and supporting career development.
• Build a culture of editorial excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement across the team.
• In collaboration with the Director of Content Integrity, own editorial quality across our article portfolio: voice, structure, accuracy, and tone.
• Actively champion and experiment with AI tools for content development, editing workflows, and quality assurance.
• Help the broader content team build fluency and confidence with AI tools.
• Stay current on how AI is reshaping health content and bring that perspective to editorial strategy.
• Collaborate with the VP of Content Operations to ensure content is developed on time and within budget, with an eye on aggressive output goals.
• Partner closely with the SEO and CRM/Marketing teams to align editorial and distribution goals.
• Collaborate with the EVP of Content on longer-term editorial strategy and team development.
