About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and lead the company’s technical accounting function
- Prepare and review SEC filings
- Drive IPO readiness
- Interface directly with external auditors
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- CPA required, with strong foundational training
- 8+ years of total accounting experience
- SEC reporting experience at a public company
- IPO experience preferred
- Expert knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience with tools like Workiva, NetSuite, FloQast is a plus
