About the role

  • Drive Enterprise Data & AI Strategy: Architect and execute comprehensive data fabric and AI roadmap aligned to Wind priorities
  • Build Advanced AI Capabilities at Scale: Lead deployment of AI, GenAI, and VLM models
  • Transform Supply Chain Through Data Excellence: Implement ML-driven optimization, deploy analytics and governance tools, and establish data quality guardrails
  • Accelerate Organization AI Maturity: Execute comprehensive upskilling program
  • Deliver Agile, Enterprise-Scale Solutions: Apply Lean/Agile methodologies to build large-scale data products
  • Build the team that will deliver all of the above capabilities while embracing #OneTeam spirit

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Data, Analytics, Digital Technology, Software, or AI
  • Strong software engineering leadership background, with experience building enterprise applications, platforms, and reusable data or AI products
  • Proven experience building, leading, and developing global teams of senior leaders
  • Influencing executive stakeholders, and driving enterprise‑level transformation in a matrixed environment
  • Experience applying data, analytics, or AI solutions within manufacturing or supply chain environments
