About the role

  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supply chain, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates to report out on KSA metrics.
  • Support development and submission of monthly progress reports, local content report, etc.
  • Act as an extension of the document control team based in France to ensure GEV meets its contractual requirement on document submissions.
  • Support France team with document transmittal tools used by our customer.
  • Support invoice package submission to customer and follow up on payment status.
  • Have working knowledge of the program scope and mission.
  • Be able to present program level presentation to general audience i.e. new employees.
  • Maintain log for business priorities and actions for week/month ahead.
  • Arrange, participate and record project meetings and provide input on planning and administrative updates.
  • Maintain project documentation for operations conducted in Saudi and ensure all records are up to date.
  • Support T&L activities of program leadership, event bookings and coordination, etc.
  • Support site teams and logsitics of staff, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in project administration.
  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
