Own and articulate the end-to-end ISM deployment strategy for Field Services fulfillment, aligned to service growth, productivity and customer experience
Define clear outcomes, KPIs, and success measures across regions and profit pools
Lead process harmonization across regions and profit pools, establishing a common ISM operating model
Embed Lean principles and daily standard work to reduce non-value-added activity and improve execution consistency
Define future-state (target) processes spanning Field Services Dispatch Management, Field Services Integration with S&IOP Planning, Resource Optimization (labor, crews, skills, capacity), Tooling and Sourcing integration (OSS, tooling, subcontractors)
Extend operating model to internal fulfillment across GEV, including Steam and Aero service execution, ensuring alignment of dispatch, planning, resource utilization, and tooling processes with a common enterprise standard
Own the functional digitization roadmap for ISM, with Salesforce as the orchestration layer and ERP systems as systems of record
Partner with IT to ensure business intent is translated into scalable, governed digital solutions, avoiding point solutions and customization spread
Act as the single functional counterpart to IT, co-owning design decisions, blueprint validation, and execution shaping
Ensure functional readiness for delivery through clear requirements, scope boundaries, and prioritization by value
Drive stakeholder alignment, role clarity, and sustained adoption across regions, embedding new ways of working while leading the structured sunsetting of legacy processes and applications in line with the ISM roadmap
Champion AI adoption through Salesforce and the GEV AI platform by enabling frontline teams to leverage AI-assisted decision support, ensuring responsible usage, trust, and measurable business value as part of daily operations
Establish functional governance, decision rights, and escalation paths to enable fast, confident execution
Own functional design and committed backlog execution for assigned legacy applications, ensuring committed scope is delivered in a controlled manner until formal sunset

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Extensive experience in cross functional roles supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, Field Services, Region Operations organizations
Proven experience leading service, operations, or field service transformations across regions using Digital Technology
Strong background in process standardization, Lean, and operating model design
Functional expertise with GEV Applications like Visionsuite, ServiceMax, Service Manager Work Bench and ERP-integrated environments (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions in partnership with IT
Experienced people leader with strong cross-functional influence and executive communication skills
