About the role
- Create and implement HD product line field installation strategy for the One Field Services New Units team within GE Vernova
- Lead a team ensuring compliance with policies and processes, local and international laws
- Accountable for site technical advisory services execution including safety, schedule, quality, cost
- Liaison closely with Aero Project Management
- Develop demand for resources/site staffing
- Manage budget and prepare estimate at completion of entire TDI scope
- Support site team on top emerging issues including NCRs, parts ordering, and manufacturing punch list resolution
- Prepare for and attend monthly project reviews and Site Constructibility Reviews (SCRs)
- Ensure project weekly reports are published accurately
- Support Kaizens for business continuous improvement
- Define and establish Lean strategy for regional installations
- Lead, develop, and coach regional aero installation team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in planning & managing large projects across multiple functions
- 7+ years managing and developing employees
