About the role

  • Manage storage (BESS) and solar power segment customers
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and order management
  • Meet GE business expectations by managing spares orders, action plans, safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin, cash flow, and risks
  • Communicate goals, deliverables, strategies, risks, and opportunities as required internally within GE
  • Collaborate with internal GE functions and business entities to manage service orders and activities
  • Protect GE’s reputation and technology in the market place
  • Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred) OR minimum of 5 years of field service experience
  • Minimum 3 years of customer management experience (GE experience preferred)
  • Fluent in the English language
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical and commercial conversations
  • Proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams
  • Strong interpersonal and influence skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
