About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to the design and development phases of projects.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to optimize project designs.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal project execution.
- Monitor and manage resource utilization to avoid overruns or shortages.
- Oversee project activities and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progression.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including technical documentation, progress reports, and change orders.
- Compile documentation for regulatory and compliance purposes.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with cost consultants/control teams to track costs and allocate resources efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to gather insights for future enhancements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field, such as Design, Architecture, Engineering, etc.] preferred or 2 years of experience as project engineer, engaged in project coordination, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple construction projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to engage and provide clear direction with contractors, vendors, and other departments.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
- Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership to drive strategy and execution.
- Experience fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
