About the role
- Lead building a safety-first culture across fulfillment operations
- Design and scale EHS programs for physical security, workplace violence prevention, and compliance
- Lead incident response, conduct root-cause analyses, and deploy systemic prevention mechanisms
- Serve as subject matter expert on OSHA compliance, incident reporting, and physical security
- Use data modeling and analysis to detect safety risks and drive KPI improvements (ORIR, TRI, asset protection)
- Drive operational excellence to protect people, facilities, and the environment and improve safety metrics
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive EHS experience
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
- Proven track record implementing safety and security programs in logistics or warehousing environments
- Experience developing EHS policies: drafting, educating, implementing, and measuring impact
- Experience in incident response, analysis, and root cause resolution
- Strong cross-organizational communication skills at all levels of leadership
- Unquestionable work ethic and integrity
