About the role
- Develop sophisticated analytics to enrich Analytic Data Model (ADM) and enable next-level claims analytics
- Implement and enhance claims analytics by analyzing existing data and collecting stakeholder requirements
- Develop statistical and predictive models employing techniques such as regression analysis, cluster analysis, and optimization
- Annotate data to provide reliable, high-quality training datasets for Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence initiatives
- Conduct industry research to provide valuable insights helping stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Math, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, Decision Science, Business Management, or other quantitative sciences
- Experience in business analytics with a focus on data extraction, preparation, transformation, data pipeline, and MLOps
- Proficiency in data science programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Knowledge in one or more data science domains like machine learning, predictive modeling, and NLP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at the executive level
