About the role
- Provide operational HR support to employees and managers across the US
- Respond to HR inquiries via ticketing systems, email, and phone; escalate as needed
- Manage administrative activities for assigned HR programs and processes
- Document requests and resolutions in accordance with established procedures
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes in partnership with relevant HR teams
- Maintain HR documentation and assist in keeping process materials current
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of requests
- Contribute to process and service quality improvements
- Maintain working knowledge of assigned HR programs and policies
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in HR Ops or shared services in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; builds effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a virtual team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; HR-related coursework is a plus
