About the role

  • Ensure that systems and infrastructure are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues
  • Work with software developers and software engineers to ensure that end to end development follows established processes and works as intended
  • Implement and deploy software, updates, fixes, and provide Level 3 technical support to improve customer experience by reducing the occurrence of errors
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Create & Operate cloud infrastructure (IaC, performance/cost optimizations)

Requirements

  • Experience with public and private cloud infrastructure (Azure, Cloud Foundry)
  • Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Working experience with a CI/CD setup
  • Configuration and managing databases like MSSQL and Oracle
  • Willingness to learn
  • Optional additional experience in PostgreSQL and Mongo databases, proficiency in MSBI tools like SSIS & SSAS, a background in developing applications for large companies, and an understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and release management
