About the role
- Lead the pricing analysis of full risk transfer transactions
- Manage end-to-end transaction management, from initial structuring to final execution
- Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams
- Develop innovative, tailor-made solutions for clients
- Prepare detailed pricing memos and materials for approvals and discussions
- Drive project management of complex transactions
- Evaluate financial impact of transactions across various metrics
- Communicate implications of risks through quantitative and qualitative methods
Requirements
- Quantitative background, e.g. actuarial designation
- Experience in traditional life re/insurance with emphasis on evaluating mortality and lapse/policyholder behavior risk in the U.S. market
- Experience with building cash flow models in AXIS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of regulatory and accounting frameworks including IFRS 17, US statutory, US tax, and Swiss Statutory.
