About the role
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within large, strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct detailed discovery sessions to deeply understand customer challenges and map Sweet Security solutions to their needs.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
- Partner with customer success, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account growth.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on strategic accounts.
- Experience in the cloud security or SaaS domain.
- Proven success in managing long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales methodologies and account-based strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
