About the role
- Get paid to attend fitness events and build relationships with instructors, studio owners, and community leaders
- Manage local SweatPals Instagram accounts and create social content
- Represent SweatPals at community events and existing partner gatherings
- Set your own schedule attending morning, evening, and weekend events
- Gather feedback from members and help shape product evolution
- Drive Chicago expansion by identifying business opportunities and closing deals
Requirements
- Genuine passion for fitness and community
- Love for Chicago and knowledge of its neighborhoods
- Natural people skills and authentic enthusiasm
- Self-motivation and ability to manage your time
- Reliable transportation to get around the city
- Comfort with a flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends when the best events happen!)
- Social media savvy and ability to create engaging content
- Experience with Instagram and understanding of what makes content shareable
- Desire to learn and grow in a sales role
