Business Intelligence Developer

• You will own the full data lifecycle: from extraction and cleaning, through transformation and modeling, to compelling dashboards that surface the insights leaders actually act on.
• You'll also layer in automation and AI where they make the data smarter, fresher, and less dependent on manual effort.
• Your job is to take fragmented, messy data, spread across disconnected tools and systems, and turn it into a single source of operational truth.
• You're embedded in multiple client engagements at a time, owning the data function end-to-end.
• You'll identify what data matters, figure out how to get it, clean and structure it, and deliver dashboards and insights that give decision-makers a clear picture of what's happening in their business and what to do about it.
• You're not just a report-builder; you're a strategic data partner who can take a business problem, trace it back to the data, and come back with something that changes how leadership operates.

• You will deploy AI solutions that are practical, safe, and built to last. This means working across the full stack of modern AI implementation: custom integrations, automation workflows, LLM-powered tools, and hands-on enablement with client teams.
• You will build the connectors, agents, and workflows that make AI actually work inside our clients' existing systems - and you will help our internal team move faster with AI as well.
• You are embedded in client engagements and internal projects simultaneously. On the client side, you are building custom AI integrations, deploying workflows, and running enablement sessions that drive real adoption.
• Internally, you are the person who helps the team move faster by identifying and deploying new AI capabilities as they emerge.
• No two weeks look the same. One week you are building a custom MCP connector to pipe client data into an AI workflow. The next you are deploying a Make automation that replaces hours of manual work. The week after that you are running a training session that changes how a team of 10 people does their job.

Applied AI Specialist

Salesforce Consultant

• If you love getting into the weeds of Salesforce and making it actually work for the people using it, this is your role.
• Hands-on configuration, end-to-end system ownership and real deployment that transforms how our clients run their sales and operations.
• You will own implementations end-to-end: from scoping and design through build, testing, and adoption.
• You will work across the core pillars of a Salesforce deployment - custom objects, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and user setup - and deliver a system that fits the client's operations, not a generic out-of-the-box setup.
• You are embedded in multiple client engagements at a time. You'll gather requirements, design the configuration, build it out, and work directly with client teams to drive adoption.

Implementation Specialist

• If you're obsessed with technology and love grinding on complex systems, this is where you'll showcase your technical skills while solving hands-on operational challenges for law firm owners.
• You'll deploy CRM configurations, project management systems, automation workflows, analytics dashboards and AI implementations while identifying business bottlenecks and designing solutions that streamline entire practices.
